How do we take order?
We do accept international orders, but international shipping costs (and any customs charges) must be paid by the customer. We will deliver either by Air Express Courier or by Cargo Express, according to the customer's wishes.

How soon will I receive my order?
In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours, pending payment verification. These orders will be received within seven days of ordering. Custom ordered items would be received within three to six weeks of ordering.

Are items guaranteed?
We are dedicated in making the highest-quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return it within two weeks of receipt for an exchange. Contact us for details.
